Because our physical health and mental health are intertwined, here are some tips Dr. Ford recommends for keeping the soul refreshed. 

  • Eat a well balanced diet

  • Exercise 

  • Pray/Meditate

  • Stay socially connected

  • Rest

  • Get some sunlight and fresh air

  • Devote time to doing things that make you happy

  • Help someone else
